There are many different themes, the one that i chose was expirementation :D i choose different ways to gaze my projects and used different techniques to make some of my projects so they wouldnt turn out as they normally could have. I chose this theme because it seemed to represent my work the best !
The different media i used was the mix of tools that helped me shape my projects, such at the wooden tool, to help carve the bottem, the sponge tool to help me shape my overall poject and to help bring out the walls and such, my hands were a huge part in making all the projects without which i dont think it would have been possible. the rib tool, helped in bringing up or down the walls of my projects and make them look nicer these tools all gave my projects differentlooks and features that make them fit with my theme.
Which include 2 sets of 3, 3 plates and a set of 3 bowls, a small planter, a cup, 2 wheel altered, a joined project, and 2 other bowls, along with a tall and a wide project and also a 2 vases.
The reason why i used different methods in glazing such as the drip, splatter and odd layers of coating was give each of my projects a totally different look than what i usually make and to show that i have gotten better with my work since i had first started ceramics.
I had picked up some skills from the class that i made my own that i applied to my prjects to make them look different and show something new for me. You get the feel of difference and testing when you look at some of my projects.
